Sales Skills Assessment

When assessing sales skills in an individual it is useful to have an effective starting point and identify the gaps.

The skills assessment we use is mindset focused and is a powerful tool, not only in finding skills gaps but also sales recruit slelection. No assessment is perfect but combined with interview, its proven to be very effective.

The assessment looks at a list of 18 different skills sets including:
